Our Mission

Our mission is to empower the youth through music, media, and business. We transform this mission into reality by equipping young people with elite technical skills in music production, DJing, and podcast streaming. By mastering the foundations of LLC entrepreneurship, logo branding, personal finance, and real estate, our youth mirror the exact blueprint of our creator-entrepreneur founder. We cultivate high-agency leaders who replace uncertainty with absolute autonomy, giving them the tools and confidence to build their own futures and lead their communities.

About Us

The Youth Meets Moguls Inc. is dedicated to empowering youth ages 13–18 from all walks of life, including those with disabilities, low-income families, limited resources, and underserved communities. We believe every young person deserves access to opportunities that inspire confidence, unlock creativity, and prepare them for lifelong success.

Through mentorship, hands-on education, and direct exposure to professionals in music, media, entrepreneurship, and related industries, we equip young people with practical, career-ready skills while fostering leadership, teamwork, and self-expression. Our programs connect participants with moguls, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders who provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world learning experiences.

We are especially committed to supporting at-risk, marginalized, and underrepresented youth by creating safe, inclusive spaces that offer positive alternatives to community violence. By investing in the next generation with education, mentorship, and meaningful opportunities, we empower young people to become confident leaders, innovators, and positive agents of change within their communities.

Our Founder

The Youth Meets Moguls Incorporation, is an organization founded on March 17, 2025, by DJ DHURT, also known as Destiny Hurt. She is a passionate leader, (President) CEO, and visionary dedicated to empowering young people and fostering positive community impact.

DJ DHURT has been passionate about music since the age of 13, turning her childhood love for DJing into a thriving career. She has DJ'ed for several celebrities, toured, and performed at numerous clubs. As a talk show host on Producer Culture, she continues to inspire and uplift others through her platform.

Academically, she earned her bachelor's degree from Georgia State University in 2022 with a focus on Sociology. She completed her master's in Human Services in 2024 and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Psychology and Counseling, with an expected graduation date of 2028.

Her journey is driven by a desire to be the best version of herself, overcoming hardships along the way. Growing up, she witnessed many of her Hampton Road (757)  friends face devastating challenges, including substance abuse within their families, losing friends at a young age to gun violence, battling depression, this often happens where at-risk youth often face limited opportunities for success. The world continues to face increasing difficulties, and these personal experiences have deeply influenced her resolve to make a difference.

Her motivation stems from a sincere belief that she can be part of the change needed to improve lives and communities. She understands firsthand the struggles many young people face because she has faced similar challenges herself. She is committed to turning her life experiences into gold and inspiring young females and males to pursue their dreams regardless of obstacles. Her story is one of resilience, talent, and unwavering dedication to creating a positive impact in her community and beyond.
